Last Wednesday evening, students, families and staff gathered for the annual SBA Trust Awards Ceremony, celebrating the achievements of students from across South Bank University Academy and South Bank Sixth Form.

The event recognised the hard work, commitment and accomplishments of students throughout the academic year, with many South Bank University Academy students receiving awards across a range of categories, including Subject Awards, Skills Awards and the prestigious Chair's Award.

The SBA Trust Awards celebrate more than academic excellence. They recognise the qualities that enable students to succeed both in and beyond the classroom, including resilience, leadership, teamwork, communication, determination and the positive contributions students make to their school community.

It was a memorable evening as families joined staff in celebrating each award recipient, recognising the dedication, progress and personal growth demonstrated by students throughout the year. The ceremony provided an opportunity to reflect on their achievements while celebrating alongside peers, teachers and loved ones.

We are incredibly proud of all our students who were nominated and recognised at this year's awards. Their success reflects the ambition, perseverance and values they demonstrate every day, and it was a privilege to see so many SBUA students celebrated alongside their peers from South Bank Sixth Form.

Congratulations to all of this year's award winners and nominees. We look forward to seeing all that they continue to achieve in the future.
